I've used this Item nearly every day since I got it and absolutely love it, I can't imagine going back to to old enema bag. You have to be careful about the water pressure though, you don't want it shooting full force in to your ass (could cause some unpleasant damage). Makes for a very efficient and pleasurable cleaning out process.
