There are indeed two lockable buckles on the belt, BUT there are two more buckles and straps on the backside which are not lockable. Remember take it slow. The feeling of each inch is great. Don't rush anything. After 4 or 5 tries, it would go deeper, and the craving to have it all was indescribable.
